Is there any way I can clean my computer of spyware for free, I have 2 spy-ware on it right now and I don't know how to get rid of it. It's making my computer veeeerrrrrrryyyyyyy slow! Thanks in advance!

Yes download spybot (Search and Destroy) go to www.download.com and search for spybot and that will clear any spywear.
