LOL! Until a really tough virus comes along I think you're safe. Mozilla Firefox automatically blocks most questionable sites, and your spyware is very stable.

You definitely have one of the better security combinations of those who ask that question :-)

The only *improvement* I can see over what you have would be to trade your Zone Alarm firewall for Comodo Firewall Pro (despite the name, it is free.) (See source for firewall ratings.)

You might want to consider adding Comodo's BOClean as an antimalware shield. I use and recommend it, but you would want to watch for possible conflicts with your CounterSpy.

But all-in-all you've done very well.
