I have a blue screen. Not-A Virus Hoax Win32.Renos.eo did something to my computer.?

My screen went blue. free AVG anti spyware said it was low level. I quarantined it, but my screen is still blue and I don't know if it's gone or not. What can I do??? Can I get my screen back to how it was. And how do I tell if it's still there??? I am not very computer literate so I need simple instructions
